History of the company

Energo Veritas OÜ was established in 2015 and is based on local capital. The company trades in electrical materials and equipment offering technical advice, solution development, kitting in accordance with the client’s wishes as well as deliveries to construction sites. The company has built a team of professionals with over 10 years’ experience in the field who can provide sustainable comprehensive solutions for lighting as well as electrical and telecommunication networks.

Our major clients include construction companies specialising in electrical and telecommunication networks, electric installers and industrial companies. The company deals in the following main product groups: cables and accessories, high-voltage and medium-voltage devices and components, low voltage devices and electrical board accessories, light fixtures and light sources, solar panels and accessories, installation materials.

Among our largest suppliers are the majority of renowned manufacturers of electrical materials or their representatives. We also import some products ourselves.

Since 29 March 2017 AS Harju Elekter purchased an 80.5% holding in Energo Veritas OÜ. After launching its activities in 1968, Harju Elekter Group has developed into a leading producer of MV/LV electrical and engineering devices in the Baltic countries and a known and respected manufacturer in Scandinavia. Harju Elekter’s main field of business is the development, manufacturing and sale of equipment necessary for the distribution and transmission of electric energy. The main business is supported by a sheet metal plant in Estonia and the development and leasing of industrial real estate. Harju Elekter Group’s plants in Estonia, Finland and Lithuania employ more than 630 specialists, and the annual sales revenue of the Group is 100 million euros. Shares of Harju Elekter are listed on Nasdaq Tallinn.
